Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled through our dropship partners (typically China and/or US partner warehouses).

• Processing: usually 1–3 business days after payment.
• Transit to US: commonly 7–15 business days (can be longer in peak seasons).
• Multi-parcel kits: Bundle orders may arrive in more than one package until single-carton fulfillment is confirmed. Tracking is emailed when available.
• Address errors / carrier / customs delays: customer responsibility for incorrect addresses; carrier/customs delays are outside our control.
